My name is Cindy Allen. I have been in Havasu for over 24 years.  First, as an owner of a vacation home and then, as a Lake Havasu City resident.    


My professional background started in the financial sector as a Controller for a Technology based company.  This led to the creation of my own accounting business with clients in multiple states. 

I have been a real estate investor buying, restoring and selling many homes over the years.  My knowledge of finance, tax, and restoration has aided me as an Associate Broker with Keller Williams.  I have always had the vision of what could be done with a property for the least amount of money in the quickest time frame. 

I take my business seriously.  I am a full time realtor.  I do not do real estate as a side line of work.  I am there with you every step of the way, helping where needed.  I keep up with the market daily.  I feel that having knowledge of what is happening in real estate today is essential in helping clients with their real estate needs. My love of Lake Havasu City and those that visit it has driven me to become a Certified Tourism Ambassador. 

 
I know the importance of on going education and knowledge.  My additional hours of education has far exceded the amount necessary just to renew your real estate license.  I have achieved the GRI designation.  The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional making the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by having a strong educational foundation.  It provides me with new technology, knowledge of current laws and procedures, and is recognized nationally. 

 

I have also completed the SFR Certification.  The Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification includes training and insight on how to manage short sales and foreclosures at the national and state-specific level as the distressed home market evolves.

Most recently I have recieved my RSPS Designation. The Resort and Second Home Property specialist designation helps me understand the wants and needs of clients looking specifically for vacation properties or second homes.
  

I work with both buyers and sellers.  I feel this gives me a well rounded business.  Through my knowledge, experience and true love of helping people I have come to enjoy my career choice.  I hope to have the opportunity to earn your business and become your real estate professional for life!!!!
